2019 Ford Expedition Changes

Because of the previous year's redesign, this year's changes to the 2019 Ford Expedition are relatively minor. Tri-Zone Automatic Climate Control replaces the previous Dual-Zone model. A new Special Edition Package adds Active Park Assist, a heavy-duty tow package, and a 360-degree camera that shows virtual top-down views of the SUV.

Entertaining Tech

In the 2019 Ford Expedition, the built-in Wi-Fi hotspot connects up to 10 devices to the Internet from up to 50 feet away. The available sound system surrounds you with music from 12 speakers. To keep the kids entertained, the Dual-Headrest Rear Seat Entertainment System lets them play games or watch DVDs on two screens.

Trim Styling

The 2019 Ford Expedition comes in three main trims: the entry-level XLT, the mid-range Limited, and the top-of-the-line Platinum. Each trim is also available in the standard or the longer MAX variant. The top trim gets you multicontour seats with built-in massage and a Panoramic Vista Roof® that expands over the first and second rows.

That same year and organization also gave a Best Buy Award for Full-Size SUVs to the model because of its solidity and luxurious interior.
